For this campaign, I was tasked with expanding our client's customer base by highlighting their inclusivity. Our client had built a strong brand culture predominantly among African-American women, but the challenge was to diversify and attract other ethnicities and more men. After thoroughly researching the target audience, I developed creative concepts that would resonate across different demographics. The result? One of the top-performing ad campaigns for the client, with one of the videos even going viral on social media.

Following the success of the diversity campaign, the client returned to us to lead their email and SMS marketing efforts. Our email team focused on incorporating powerful testimonials, which significantly boosted open rates, leading to increased sales and engagement. This project showcased the effectiveness of a tailored and strategic approach to both content and audience engagement.


Think Beyond the Surface

We needed to find a creative way to visually represent an aroma, but after searching for inspiration online, I was surprised to find very few options. This pushed me to dig deeper, and I recalled how cartoons often depict aromas. However, since we needed to stay on-brand and avoid anything too cartoonish or immature, we had to strike the right balance. After brainstorming with my team, we developed the animation you see in this video. It was an incredibly fun project that I would happily take on again and again.

Glow with Confidence

For this video, the client wanted to take a different approach, aiming for a sexier, more sophisticated vibe while still highlighting the product's benefits. I focused on creating a confident and elegant tone, ensuring the visuals aligned seamlessly with the client’s overall branding. The final delivery was a success, driving strong sales for the client.
