The client trusted my team, from the copy to the branding and packaging. This was important to ensure all the creatives remained consistent with their identity. This was a new product launch, and while it was the first of its kind, it shared similarities with other products on the market. Our challenge was to find ways to differentiate the brand from competitors while highlighting its unique benefits. We needed to strike a balance between informative and approachable, avoiding a tone that was too serious or scientific. The client was so impressed with the results that they not only booked us to manage their Amazon listings and conversion rate optimization (CRO), but also returned to book additional content for two more product packages.
